Dr. Christoph Frei was CEO and Secretary General of the World Energy Council (WEC) for 10 years and prior to that Senior Director and Member of the Executive Board of the World Economic Forum (WEF) for Energy. In 2012, Frei became a member of UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon's High-Level Advisory Group on Sustainable Energy for All. Today, he works in energy innovation at venture capital pioneer Emerald Technology Ventures.
